Maps and Directions to Thesen Islands
Knysna is on South African Standard Time (SAST) which is GMT +2 hours.
From direction Cape Town
When entering Knysna on the N2 (becomes the Knysna Main Street), turn right at the first set of traffic lights into Waterfront Drive.
Carry on along this road past the next set of traffic lights and at the following set of lights (Waterfront Drive/Long Street) turn right into Long Street.
Continue straight along the causeway over the arched bridge onto Thesen Islands. Almost immediately you will see the Thesen Islands Residents sign where you turn left and enter the estate via the double storey blue gatehouse entrance.
From direction Port Elizabeth
When entering Knysna on the N2 (becomes the Knysna Main Street), turn left at the third set of traffic lights into Waterfront Drive.
Continue along this road until you reach the next set of lights (Waterfront Drive/Long Street) where you turn left into Long Street.
Continue straight along the causeway over the arched bridge onto Thesen Islands. Almost immediately you will see the Thesen Islands Residents sign where you turn left and enter the estate via the double storey blue gatehouse entrance.
